The swimming pool is free for all guests and is open every day.

Children must be diaper-free and potty trained to use the pool. Swim diapers and swim pants are not allowed. In case of an accident, the pool will remain closed for 24 hours while being cleaned and disinfected.

Wonderful
The hotel was in a fantastic location, and the included breakfast was wonderful. The best meal of my trip was in the hotel restaurant. It was also a pickup and drop-off location for the hop on hop off buses..
At times, the restaurant staff seemed inattentive during dinner service. Others around me were asked if they needed anything while I was left just sitting there.

A great base
The hotel is very fun in design.. One morning we added the breakfast and the range of options was amazing. Comfy beds and great showers. Location near meat packing district and good for a stroll along the canal into the main areas. Spa area was nice with the gym, sauna and pool
Rooms were a little warm. But you could at least open the window. It wasn't clear their room clean policy: you need to request it. Only paper cups in room to have your tea in (you can get milk from the coffee shop on the ground floor). Sauna seemed very family friendly so had lots of kids in there, but maybe I just find that odd as in the UK it tends to be over 16 only.

Very Good
Good location You can leave your luggage at the hotel after checkout
You have to pay extra to rent slippers and bath robes. For a 4 star hotel that also has a swimming pool, you would expect these items to come with the room. Moreover, you need to request that your room is cleaned the night before, otherwise you would not get any fresh towels either.
